Registration

This year the registration fee will be calculated by what lodging and meals you need plus $5 and a $120 facility fee for adults. For the youth the facility fee will continue to be a free will offering. Below is the breakdown of costs for lodging and meals for your reference.

The deadline is the 1st of June 2018, register now! If you have physical needs which require special housing arrangements, indicate so and register before May 25th, 2018.

Registration Fee (everyone pays this):

Lodging (per night):

  • $31
  • This year at TCNJ we’ll be staying at the Townhouses East, South, West, these are suite style dorms with shared bathrooms.
  • Parents who wish to share a bed (twin size) with their baby or plan to bring a portable bed, do not need to select lodging for their baby.

Linen Fee (you may opt out and bring your own towels, sheets, pillow and blanket):

  • $15 per person

Meals:

  • Breakfast: $4.48
  • Lunch: $6.65
  • Dinner: $11.30

Facilities Usage & Speaker Honoraria:

  • $120.00/Attendee for the entire conference
  • Childcare (under 12): $90/Child for the entire conference

Day Rate: $50/day or $25/session for facility usage & speaker honorarium (collected on the day of conference attendance)

Any amount you give above the cost of your registration toward facility usage and speaker honorarium (and child care) is tax deductible. Checks should be made payable to “NY Summer Conference.”
